Many in academia are committed to partake as peer reviewers and otherwise contribute to editorial activities within apportioned time besides other scholarly endeavors.

I thank the representatives of the listed journals, who have kindly invited me to undertake some responsibility in their journal. Instead of replying individually, and occasionally recurrent invitations I must politely send my regrets to all. My time is limited by being the editor of one dental research journal, and by holding two other associate editorships. I attempt also to undertake referee tasks for colleagues affiliated with other scientific journals in oral and dental medicine. 

I concur with other scholars that it may be difficult at times to discriminate between the legitimate journals versus the potential, possible, or probable predatory biomedical journals or publishers (Shamsheer et al. 2017). My refusal should therefore not be conjectured that I claim that the listed journals or publishers below are all predatory.
